Well this totally depends on what the individual likes doing and the result they wish to see from taking on a Personal Trainer! All sessions involve a warm up, stretches and a cooldown but the equipment and type of exercise will vary per client and the level of intensity will also vary. Your journey will begin with a full induction and then every 8-10 weeks we will assess your progress with fitness tests and body composition analysis to ensure you are ontrack to achieve your results.
