Yoga-lates is a perfect partner to more vigorous programmes allowing the muscles to lengthen and relax. It gives you the opportunity to unwind whilst strengthening your whole body and is also ideal as a gentle introduction to group exercise.

Describe a typical class

Starting with a Tai Chi inspired warm up and moving through traditional yoga poses, participants are then guided through a range of toning Pilates movements to finish with a stretch and meditiation.
